Here's what you should know about our shipping process:

  • All products commercialized by BestValue are only shipped in Romania;
  • Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order from the Airport, on the day of the flight. In this case, you should know that, out of legal considerations, there are some Custom Restrictions that apply for some of the products. You can find below a list with restrictions, based on the type of product you want to purchase and the destination you're heading to, folowing this link;
  • Also, please advise that, if you choose to pick up your order on departure, you can only pay for it in advance, by Credit Card;
  • We ship all orders by TNT courier company, our reliable partners. We offer free transportation, regardless of the dimensions and weight of your parcel;
  • It takes 3 working days for your order to be delivered. This term may be shifted in some isolated cases, such as extreme weather conditions, holiday seasons, unexpected technical issues etc. We will notify you if any of these happen;
  • We are very strict when it comes to the safety of our products during transportation. This is why we use high-quality materials to ensure a perfect wrapping of the items you are about to receive. If, however, by any unfortunate chance, the product damages on its way to you, we will do our best to replace it in the shortest time possible. This action might delay the delivery by one or two days, but this a necessary step we need to take, as we want to meet your expectations;

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 14 days from delivery. The returning process involves no penalties and you don't have to mention the reason for returning. The only cost you have to bare is the transportation fee for the package you return.

If you decided to return a product, you must first notify us about your intention of returning. There are several communication methods you can use to get in contact with us:

  • By email;
  • By filling in the Contact Form

Once you informed us, you can prepare the product you want to return. Please see below the procedure for the returning process:

  • The product you want to return must reach our warehouse within maximum 14 days from the day it was delivered to you;
  • Make sure that the product is returned in its original wrapping, along with the invoice (or a copy of it) and all the documents, certificates, tags and/ or labels that came with your product;
  • Please note that fragrances, sweets, spirits and some of the skincare products can only be returned if they haven't been unsealed. This also goes for toys - their packaging must not be damaged;
  • Once the product is packed and ready to be returned, you just have to hand it to the courier agent we sent to pick up your product;
  • Don't forget to provide us with the bank account number (IBAN) you want us to transfer the reimbursement in. If you don't own one, you can use the bank account number of one of your family members or of a close friend. The IBAN must contain 24 characters (letters and digits) and must be expressed in RON;
  • We will reimburse you within maximum 14 day from the day we receive your return. The reimbursement will be done by bank transfer, in the account you indicate;
  • If your order was paid by credit card, the equivalent value of the returned product will be refunded in the same account from which you paid.
